We will wait for their meeting.

The AAP leader said their doubts about the EVM gained ground when during municipal polls in Maharashtra a candidate claimed that he did not even get his own vote that he had polled for himself.

In order to prove that electronic voting machines are tamper-proof, the Election Commission on Friday made a detailed presentation about the security features of EVMs, in front of various political parties.

Conducting a mock poll on an EVM machine, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj demonstrated how despite giving two votes each to various parties; the final count showed that votes of some parties had been transferred to one party. We have proved in Delhi Assembly through a demonstration that EVMs can be tampered. The protest also comes a day before the EC is holding an all-party meeting on poll reforms, including the EVM issue. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had been winning by taking all votes into its basket.

However, sources said the machine "did not" seem to be among the ones that are used during elections. He also claimed he was a "100% sure" that the EVMs had been botched up to prevent AAP from winning the Punjab Assembly elections earlier this year. The AAP legislator from GK and party spokesperson, Saurabh Bharadwaj, will lead the team on Friday.

The Election Commission on Tuesday responded to the Aam Aadmi Party's claims that electronic voting machines were rigged in the recent Assembly polls and Delhi civic elections.

Besides talking about the manufacturing details of the EVMs, ECI's status report also skips the mere possibility of changing the microcontroller, as it is claimed by Kejriwal.

"The Election Commission has convened a meeting with all recognised national and state political parties on May 12 in New Delhi to discuss issue related to EVM and VVPAT".

He said EVMs do not enjoy their trust any more.

The Union Cabinet had given its nod to sanctioned funds of almost Rs. 3,200 crore to procure more than 16 lakh VVPATs as sought by the Election Commission.

In the comments section of the post, Ankit declared that he had rewired all the machines so that all votes from these EVMs would go to BJP candidate Narendra Modi. "We are not in favor of EVM that is what we are asking the introduction of ballot papers", Roy said. Several AAP MLAs and hundreds of party workers took part in Thursday's demonstration. "So, in 2013-14, the AAP showed a donation amount of Rs 50.64 crore in the affidavit, Rs 19.82 crore on its party website, but to the EC it told that the figure stood at only Rs 6 crore". "Paper trail machines should be installed".
