North Korea launched its latest missile test on Saturday in defiance of worldwide sanctions as the UN Security Council demanded Pyongyang halt all ballistic missile tests.

The Security Council is scheduled to hold closed-door consultations on the missile test on Tuesday. "(Seoul) must show that dialogue is possible only when North Korea changes its behavior".
