Cosby arrives for Day 3 of jury deliberations

Jurors began their second day of deliberations Tuesday by hearing more from Cosby's deposition testimony.

The 12-member jury on Tuesday resumed a fifth hour of deliberations, after failing to reach a verdict late Monday and asking Judge Steven O'Neill to read extensively from Cosby's original deposition given in 2005.

Keshia Knight Pulliam, who played Bill Cosby's youngest daughter on "The Cosby Show", continued to voice her support for her TV dad Wednesday - as jurors entered their third day of deliberations.

If found guilty of the alleged drugging and sexual assault of the then-Temple University employee at his Philadelphia-area mansion, the 79-year-old could face more than 10 years behind bars. They also requested further definition of the third count, which pertains to whether Cosby gave her a substance "without [her] knowledge" for the objective of "preventing resistance".

He also said the pills he gave her were over-the-counter Benadryl, which he admitted can cause sleepiness.

As they pored over Cosby's words, the jurors appeared to struggle with some language in one of the charges against him: "without her knowledge". The charges were lodged against Cosby on December 30, 2015, before the 12-year statute of limitations to file charges expired. Constand told police she was semi-conscious as he touched her breast and genitals.

House GOP leader shot at congressional baseball practice; Arrington not involved
Mark Walker, R-N.C., told NBC News it appeared the "gunman was there to kill as many Republican members as possible". The game is scheduled to be played at Nationals Park, home of the Washington Nationals Major League baseball team.

Another member of the chapter, Claire McCue, added, "I want to join the effort to show our appreciation for people who actually take a very fearless stance and bring their case through the justice system to let them know that we appreciate it. That's the question", said criminal lawyer Alan J. Tauber, who wasn't involved in the case.

Pointing to what he claimed were Constand's inconsistent statements, McMonagle and co-defense lawyer Angela C. Agrusa argued Constand initially told detectives she had limited phone contact with Cosby after the alleged incident, however, phone records showed she had called him 53 times. But by 9:20 p.m. on the said night, the judge asked them to return to their hotel to take a break.

"You're conscientious. You are working hard".

On Tuesday, as jury deliberations stretched into a second day without signs of a verdict, Wyatt steered reporters to a former colleague of accuser Andrea Constand who said Constand had once suggested she would try to set up a famous man to get money. "This is how juries deliberate".

Jurors have asked four questions so far during their deliberations. The five-bedroom house was otherwise empty until the staff arrived at 7 a.m. the next morning.

Jackson said that she asked Constand if she had filed charges. "I'll be disappointed, however, it won't change the love", she said. He had a muffin and tea waiting for her, and she left. Cosby has denied all of the accusations, saying any sex with the women was consensual.

S: Shooting at Republican congressional baseball practice
Bradley Byrne said the incident should serve as a reminder of the "hard work, dedication, and sacrifice" of the Capitol Police. She said she did not hear the shots. "And there must have been 50 to 100 shots fired, hard to itemize them", Brooks said.

The jury is deliberating three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault.

Cosby was accompanied by his spokesman into the Montgomery County Courthouse outside Philadelphia on Tuesday.

"He was huge. He was huge. We know what this is probably doing for them emotionally and we just want to let them know that there's so many of us out there cheering them on".

"So it's always hard to look under the hood and see the reality of our lives", Kline said.

"I can't speak to this exact moment, but my interactions with him, he's been in good spirits".

Another witness, Kelly Johnson, testified that she was the victim of a similar attack by the comedian in 1996. "I mean, we need to be about that".
