Bill Cosby shouts 'Fat Albert' phrase 'Hey, hey, hey' while leaving court

As the press, curiosity seekers, women's rights advocates, and legal experts closely watch what may happen next in the case against Cosby, things are getting tense at the courthouse, particularly as the deliberations drag on through the middle of the week.

On Wednesday morning, the panel resumed talks.

Jurors made the request to have portions of Andrea Constand's testimony read back to them but ended the day without a verdict in a case that has already helped demolish Cosby's nice-guy reputation.

On Wednesday afternoon, they asked to rehear Constand's testimony about the night of the alleged assault. After several days of graphic testimony, the prosecution rested and the defense began its case June 12 but rested in approximately six minutes after calling one witness, Detective Richard Schaffer.

During a lunch break Tuesday, Wyatt appeared on the courthouse steps to tell a crowd of reporters and cameras about what a defense witness would have said in court - damaging to the credibility of Constand - had O'Neill not barred her testimony as hearsay.

Last week, Pulliam gave a similar statement to ET, again making it clear that she doesn't "condone or support sexual assault".
