Cosby jurors wrap up Day 3 without verdict

Earlier in the week, they reviewed a deposition Cosby provided in a civil suit and an interview Constand gave to a police officer in her native Ontario, Canada. Gianna Constand wiped away tears at times.

The jury had previously reviewed Cosby's version of events, contained in a deposition he gave in 2005 and 2006 as part of Constand's lawsuit against him and introduced by prosecutors at the criminal trial. They ordered strombolis for dinner while a court reporter raced to transcribe that portion of last week's testimony.

Constand denied there was any romance between them and told jurors she had rebuffed his advances before the assault.

The Cosby Show star has long maintained the sex he had with Constand, a former employee at his Temple University alma mater, at his Pennsylvania home over a decade ago was consensual.

Wyatt said Bill Cosby appreciates that the jury seems to be doing a thorough job.

As testimony about the night under scrutiny was read back, "America's dad" inexplicably began to nod or shake his head along with his original answers, even visibly smiling as the stenographer read his descriptions of touching Constand's breasts and genitals.

National Health Service nurses and doctors clustered with groups of victims to see if emergency medicine or help was needed. One witness said that a baby was caught by a member of the public after being dropped from the ninth or 10th floor.

At one point during his own testimony on the 8th, Schaffer quipped that Cobsy was a "real gentleman" for backing off then Andrea allegedly told him to stop kissing her breasts during what Cosby claims was a consensual "necking" session.

As deliberations crossed the 24-hour mark, one juror slumped deep into his chair when the panel made a brief appearance in the courtroom.

But, as he left the Montgomery County Courthouse on Tuesday evening after the second day of tense deliberations, the 79-year-old appeared not to have a care in the world as he shouted, "Hey, hey, hey!" - the famous lines his character Fat Albert voiced on animated series Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids - to reporters outside the building, as they yelled questions at him.

Jurors went straight to the deliberation room Wednesday and remained there, with wraps and hoagies arriving for lunch.

On Wednesday morning, the panel resumed talks.

The embattled comic also asked cops, unsolicited in the interview, if he could "describe his pajamas" for them-which he says consisted of " long shirt that goes to my knees. and long pajama trousers".

Cosby is charged with aggravated indecent assault. He's accused of drugging and violating a woman at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004.

Cosby's lawyer Brian J. McMonagle argued his case by saying that Cosby was indeed unfaithful to his wife and frequently slept with multiple women, according to The New York Times, but that such actions alone did not constitute a crime.

Later Wednesday, the jury asked for transcripts on how Constand first reported the alleged assault to police.

Bill Cosby has arrived for the start of Day 3 of jury deliberations in his sexual assault trial.

A county jury Wednesday found Wilbur Thomas Karper, 68, of Lower Paxton Twp., innocent of state police charges of indecent assault, corruption of a minor and unlawful contact with a minor.
