Cosby jury deliberating, no new questions

The 79-year-old pioneering black actor could face the rest of his life in prison if convicted on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and molesting a woman at his home in 2004.

For the third straight day, the jury in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial is set to deliberate whether the comedian sexually assaulted Andrea Constand in 2004.

The jury began deliberating Cosby's fate late on Monday afternoon following a six-day trial in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Cosby has pleaded not guilty in the Constand case, and has repeatedly denied allegations of wrongdoing made against him, as wel.

Constand initially told police about the alleged assault in January 2005, a year after she says it took place. "Not really", he replied.

The judge will determine the sentence 60-90 days after the verdict and Cosby could technically walk free as there is no mandatory minimum punishment.
