The GIF mode in the Facebook Camera enables users to create GIFs from the images they take.

Facebook's GIF feature should be available to you already - to access it, simply swipe right on the home screen to access the built-in camera. As first spotted by The Next Web, you can access the feature by tapping the camera icon in the top left of the app.
