A thunderstorm on Friday morning moved north of the central Oklahoma area and then weakened, the National Weather Service reports.

There is a marginal risk for damaging winds this afternoon and evening, with isolated hail possible and perhaps a very isolated tornado, forecasters report.

The weather service said a flood warning remains in effect for Seward, Saline and Butler Counties because of high water in the Big Blue River. Southwest wind 7 to 10 miles per hour. Hail the size of pennies was in the storm.
