Police investigating the death of law student Horacio Castillo III found out Thursday, September 21, that the CCTV cameras around the building which housed the Aegis Juris fraternity office "were either destroyed or are not working anymore".

Aside from Solano and Ralph Trangia, also on the lookout bulletin order are Arvin Balag, Mhin Wei Chan, Marc Anthony Ventura, Axel Munro Hipe, Oliver John Audrey Onofre, Joshua Joriel Macabali, Jason Adolfo Robiños, Ranie Rafael Santiago, Danielle Hans Mattew Rodrigo, Carl Mattew Villanueva, Aeron Salientes, Marcelino Bagtang, Zimon Padro, and Jose Miguel Salamat.

Based on the records provided by the Bureau of Immigration (BI), Ralph Caballes Trangia took Eva Air Flight BR262 bound for Taipei on Tuesday, a day before Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (Ilbo) against 16 individuals, including Trangia, who are considered "persons-of- interests" in Castillo's death allegedly during hazing of Aegis Juris fraternity.

"We have witnesses who said (Castillo) was with John Paulo Solano and other officers of the fraternity when he was brought to the UST", Coronel said in a television interview.

Iranian President Wraps Up Visit to New York
The deal also ensures that United Nations inspectors have regular access to known nuclear sites in Iran . At a speech to the United Nations General Assembly , Mr Trump described it as an " embarrassment ".

Aguirre said he will ask the Department Of Foreign Affairs to cancel the passport of Trianga, adding he will also order the National Bureau of Investigation to coordinate with Interpol and Taiwanese authorities to locate Trangia.

In a unusual twist of events, it's also come to light that the law student, John Paul Solano, who claimed to have found Castillo's body is now one of the police's "primary suspects" along with two other individuals. He was tagged by police as the driver of the red pickup vehicle that brought Castillo to the hospital.

Trangia's father, Antonio, is also considered a suspect since he is the registered owner of the vehicle. If Trangia's passport is cancelled, he will be issued a travel document valid only for one-way travel back to Manila, said DFA spokesman Robespierre Bolivar.

"The guard's statement is very important because it will confirm that Solano and the Trangias brought the victim to the hospital", Margarejo told The Manila Times.

Lawyer: Aaron Hernandez had 'severe case' of CTE
They found that Hernandez jammed cardboard into the door tracks of his cell to prevent anyone from entering. He was still serving a life sentence for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, his fiancée's sister's boyfriend.

Trangia and other members of Aegis Juris had a previous run-in with the law. "I know that you are not bad people you may have been just been carried away by the challenge of manhood in joining the fraternity", said Dela Rosa.

De la Rosa said the Philippines could use the "doctrine of hot pursuit" in extraditing Trangia from Taiwan.

"You are not criminals and you are even law students so you might as well surrender. Face it because it already happened", de la Rosa appealed to the Aegis Juris members. The 22-year-old law freshman died of heart attack triggered by injuries from hazing by his fraternity brothers.

Zubiri has filed Senate Resolution 504 that condemns the death of Castillo due to hazing and calls for a Senate investigation in aid of legislation.
