He said nobody met Jayalalithaa in her hospital room. He also said that he would hand over the CCTV footage of the treatment if a probe was conducted. In the speech he claims that Jayalalithaa said she can not be photographed in the condition that she was in. "The Union Government should order a CBI probe to solve the issue", he added. The original plan was to sworn in Sasikala as Chief Minister and hectic arrangements were being made for her coronation when the Supreme Court upheld the Bangalore Special Court verdict sentencing Sasikala, her sister-in-law Elavarasi and nephew Sudhakaran for four years imprisonment in a disproportionate assets case filed against them and Jayalalithaa by senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy. "We have already announced that a commission led by retired High Court Judge will be formed for a thorough probe".
