Her mother flew to Fiji to meet Chase Clarke while her father and siblings remained in Australia.

Mrs Clarke's family has remembered her as an "amazing human being" who had a big heart and time for anyone.

Mr Clarke said he was back at the hotel collecting the couple's belongings when doctors placed her in the coma, and spoke to her on the phone just before.

Mr Clarke told the Sunday Telegraph his wife's parents had flown to Fiji from Sydney to help repatriate her body home.

"My sister is now In hospital in Fiji for a friends wedding and to celebrate their honeymoon!"
