The company has been known to take their time with new Android Wear updates so it may take a while before the new update reaches all supported devices.

Just when we thought that Google had given up on Android Wear, a Googler Hoi Lam on Android Wear Developers channel put out post explaining how Android Wear 2.0 makes it easier for Google to deliver new features to supported smartwatches. The new update here is that you can find the latest Android wear updates from the Google Play store itself and you don't have to wait for an Android Wear 2.0 update OTA to roll-out and wait for your region to get included.
