While she's been tied to her BFF (and maybe something more) Nick Jonas in recent years, it's important to remember that Lovato and the middle Jonas dated very briefly back in 2010.

While watching the Camp Rock clips, Demi reminisces about her brief romance with Joe Jonas.

A new trailer offers a look at the upcoming YouTube exclusive Simply Complicated, which focuses on the rise and struggles of United States pop singer Demi Lovato.

"I was not easy to work with", Demi admits.

Thankfully, today Demi has been five years sober, but that doesn't mean she didn't have "anxiety" about filming.

As they watch scenes with Lovato and Jonas, who played love interests in the Disney film, Lovato's friend Matthew Scott asks, "Did you have a crush on him, like, this whole time?" to which Lovato responds, "Oh, yeah".
