It separates dust from dirt and debris to keep the filter cleaner for longer as well as an extra-wide 290mm brush, and sensor technology which allows the vacuum to map out the space of your home and calculate an efficient cleaning path that avoids obstacles.

Eagle-eyed fans are theorizing that the latest Star Wars: The Last Jedi poster holds a hidden homage to franchise villain Darth Vader. The Darth Vader version, for example, makes the breathing sounds so synonymous with the Sith lord. The company has introduced a new Star Wars limited edition of its Powerbot robot vacuum cleaner.

Both models are now available for pre-order from Samsung's website for $799 (around £600) and they're expected to ship from the week beginning November 6. But of course, being a limited edition Star Wars version you expect it to do something neat. The VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner is offered in two different styles, Darth Vader and Stormtrooper.

Both robot vacuums feature 10-Watt suction power, CycloneForce technology and the ability to clean close to walls and edges. Users can control the device from their smartphones, as well as issue voice commands using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

Teens get their own Amazon accounts (if their parents let them)
Any time they make a purchase, teens will be able to include a note that explains (or argues) why they need the particular item. From there, the teenager is free to create their own username and password and then use that to log into the Amazon App.

Pre-orders for the special Star Wars limited edition POWERbot™ will begin on the website on October 10, with availability in the United States. The Darth Vader unit comes equipped with Wi-Fi and a remote control, hence the higher price.

The POWERbot VR7000 is available in Australia, but whether Samsung will bring the Darth Vader or Storm Trooper models here is yet to be announced.
