Samsung is planning to launch its Galaxy A (2018) series in early 2018 and they are rumored to feature an infinity display. My quick online search wasn't able to reveal a particular processor make with these specifications. It further says that the device runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and will be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz along with Mali-G71 GPU. The GFXBench listing does not reveal anything else, including the battery details.

This would mean a major upgrade to the A series as all previous Galaxy A handsets come with a conventional 16:9 aspect ratio display.

Unfortunately, the price of these devices will surely increase because an Infinity Display plus a Super AMOLED display combo is not cheap at all.

There is no information regarding the pricing and availability of the device as of now. For imaging, there will be an 8MP primary camera and a 5MP selfie shooter in the phone.
