Jewish Olympic Gold Medalist Aly Raisman Reveals Abuse by Trainer

It took a while for Aly to realize what had happened to her, she said, since Nassar had been working for USA Gymnastics for many years.

Raisman declined to detail her interactions with Nassar during the August interview, saying she wanted to keep the focus on the scandal and its overall impact. And we were treated like, you know, "We don't want anything to do with you girls"'.

When she realized the depth of what the doctor had been doing, Raisman said she asked to meet with the investigator again but her request was rejected by USA Gymnastics. What did USA Gymnastics do, and Larry Nassar do, to manipulate these girls so much that they are so afraid to speak up?

'USA Gymnastics is very sorry that any athlete has been harmed, ' said the organization in a statement.

The Olympic gymnast from Needham won three gold medal and captained the U.S. Olympic team. Maroney also said Nassar abused her at the London Games.

Nassar is in a MI jail awaiting sentencing after pleading guilting to possession of child pornography.

Authorities revealed back in December of previous year that they had discovered over 37,000 images and videos of child pornography featuring girls as young as six and a Go Pro video of Nassar molesting a group of young girls in a pool. "Even right now, it's uncomfortable and it's hard for me to talk about, but it's made me into a stronger person", she said.

"I was just really innocent, I didn't really know, you know, you don't think that of someone, so I trusted him", Raisman said.

"I always thought he was weird, but I just thought 'he was weird.' I want people to understand that I really didn't know it was happening to me". He is also awaiting trial on separate sexual criminal sexual conduct charges and has been sued by more than 125 women alleging sexual abuse.

Among the accusers is another decorated gymnast, Raisman's 2012 teammate McKayla Maroney.

And that is one reason she is coming forward to say she was also sexually abused by USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar. We were told he is the best doctor.

'It seemed whenever and wherever this man could find the chance, I was "treated". "I want to do more", she said.

She claimed that on the way to the world championship that year Nassar gave her a sleeping pill, and the she awoke to find him performing a "treatment" on her in the hotel.

'I really thought he was looking out for me.

Delhi's again toys with odd-even as air quality fails to improve
Resorting to the odd-even scheme as a stop-gap arrangement will only work to disillusion the public from its marginal efficacy. Speaking to Firstpost regarding the matter, AAP MLA Anil Bajpai said, "We can not compromise on the issue of women's safety".

"She's very determined now to chart her own course", Court tells Overtime.

Aly Raisman continues to share her story. SO proud of you and your strength. "I had never really worked with another doctor or trainer before, and everyone said that he was the best".

She also expressed her fear, having not yet revealed at that time she was one of the doctor's victims. I can't...every time I look at them, every time I see them smiling, I just think...

"You don't want to let yourself believe, but you know, I am a victim of sexual abuse", Raisman, 23, explained.

Back in March, former star gymnasts testified before Congress about being sexually abused by Nassar in support of a bill that would require tougher sex-abuse reporting for Olympic sports. She also said that she spoke to FBI investigators about him after last year's Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Raisman has been highly critical of USA Gymnastics in recent months, calling for leadership change at the top of the organization while advocating for athlete's rights.
