Harvey Weinstein Sued For Allegedly Raping Actress in Hotel

Another woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of rape.

A crisis manager from Armenta has said they were "recently approached by a legally blind, disabled actress" who claimed Weinstein raped her in his NY office building several years ago.

The actress claims in the lawsuit that Weinstein, who she met in 2011, arranged a meeting at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills in 2015 to talk about a role on "Marco Polo", according to TMZ.

In the second incident in 2016, after the woman agreed to meet him in the same hotel to discuss the role again, Weinstein allegedly pushed her onto the bed, then proceeded to perform oral sex on her and masturbated on her.

Weinstein allegedly sexually harassed her despite her negative response.

According to the actress, the producer subsequently grabbed her wrist with one hand while masturbating with his other hand.

In the spring of the following year, Weinstein is alleged to have contacted her again as if nothing had happened, giving her the impression she had been cast in "Marco Polo".

"Weinstein told her that he would not touch her, but "only" wanted her to watch him", according to the suit.

More than 100 women have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment or assault, including Ashley Judd, Rose McGowan, Angelina Jolie and Cara Delevingne. "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances", they added.

"Weinstein obviously cant speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual", said the representative.
