Additionally, the lawsuit claims that the yacht was owned by wealthy tech investor Lester Waters, and that the party was attended by many young gay men. Sanchez-Guzman was 17 at the time.

Bryan Singer, pictured here in 2013, is accused of forcing a then-17-year-old to perform oral sex on him before raping him.

During the party, Singer lured Cesar into a room and allegedly demanded he perform oral sex.

Afterward, the suit claims, Singer contacted Sanchez-Guzman to dangle the promise of a Hollywood career in exchange for his silence.

Guzman claims he suffered "emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain". According to the legal complaint, Singer told the minor that no one would believe him if he reported the incident, and he threatened to hire people who could potentially ruin Sanchez-Guzman's reputation if he spoke out.

Singer later promised he would help Sanchez-Guzman in Hollywood if he didn't tell anyone what had happened, the suit says.

As TMZ reports, Singer has denied all of the claims against him.

Singer has faced accusations of misconduct in the past, including one from a 14-year-old actor on the set of the movie Apt Pupil, who said in 1997 that the director forced several minors to strip naked for a scene, but that case was thrown out.

The alleged victim is represented by Miami attorney Jeffrey Herman, who represented another man a 2014 lawsuit against Singer, television producer Garth Ancier and former Disney executive David Neuman.

The accusations come days after Singer was sacked by Twentieth Century Fox from their production of a Freddie Mercury biopic that only had two weeks left of shooting. He withdrew the lawsuit because he contradicted his previous statements.
