Manchester United are reportedly one of many clubs keeping tabs on Brazil global Lucas Moura.

United are believed to have asked PSG about the possibility of taking the Brazil winger on loan, but the Ligue 1 side are said to prefer a permanent deal and know that Liverpool are armed with the proceeds of the sale of Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.

"What Paris Saint Germain did this season with Neymar and Mbappe, they got two of probably the four best attacking players in the world".

Trump says 'probably' has a good relationship with North Korea's Kim
White House spokespeople didn't immediately respond to questions about whether Trump and Kim had spoken. Last summer he called Kim a "maniac" while threatening Pyongyang with "fire and fury".

The 20-time English champions have yet to make a formal bid for the Brazilian but they have been in touch with his advisors over a significant period of time having originally targeted the player as a 19-year-old when he was still playing in his homeland with Sao Paulo.

Lucas Moura has also scored four goals in 35 games for his country.

Moura will be looking for a fresh start after his career has stagnated at the Parisian giants.

Teammate and Dakar rookie Oriol Mena did considerably better finishing the stage in 23rd place and 21st overall. The Spaniard finished 11th, which puts him in the top 15 for the second time in the 2018 Dakar.

UNITED are closing in on Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura - after he was left out of the latest PSG squad - but the sticking point could be the fee. The French giants want 40 million euros for the Brazil global, but Manchester United are believed to be ready to offer half that.

United reportedly only want to pay half of what Les Parisiens are holding out for, and would also agree to an initial loan deal.

Blessed with vast potential, Lucas Moura could certainly add an extra dimension to the slightly jaded Manchester United attack.

Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, confirmed the remarks, saying Trump "said these hate-filled things and he said them repeatedly". They're under pressure to find a breakthrough before a deadline next week that could lead to a government shutdown.

The Red Devils have been long-term admirers of the Brazilian and with Mourinho not hesitating to spend close to £30 million to secure his services, the 25-year-old is all set to light up Old Trafford in the coming days.
