House of Cards actor Reg E Cathey dies

Cathey, the Emmy award-winning actor best known for his role on House of Cards, has died at age 59. According to reports, he had been battling lung cancer.

The actor passed in his NY home, surrounded by family and friends.

Cathy's career spanned over 30 years, and included roles in everything from Law and Order: SVU to The Mask. "Reg, your memory is a great blessing".
