49ers LB, Former Alabama Star Reuben Foster Arrested Again

- According to a report by the San Franciso Chronical, former Alabama standout and current San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster has been arrested.

This marks Foster's second arrest this offseason. According to the San Jose Mercury News, Foster was also booked on at least one charge of possessing an assault rifle.

Foster posted a $75,000 bail and was in the process of leaving Santa Clara County Jail on Sunday night, ninersnation.com reported. "We take matters of this nature seriously and are gathering all pertinent information", the statement reads.

The arrest continues a troubling pattern that started during the NFL Draft combine last March. He made 72 total tackles in 2017, the second-highest total on the team.

While considered a top-10 talent, Foster fell to the end of the first round because of his character concerns as well as his injury history.
