Sea of Thieves gets one last (massive) beta before launch

Console players will be pleased to discover that Xbox One X enhancements will be live for the duration of the beta, allowing for 4K output.

Rumors were around about a final open beta for Sea of Thieves, and Rare just confirmed it has already kicked it off now. Anticipation for this new title from Rare and Microsoft is high, thanks in part to the many beta tests Rare has been hosting to make sure Sea of Thieves is ready for prime time.

While the open beta will give a lot of people a chance to experience Sea of Thieves' cooperative online piracy action for the first time, developer Rare has unlocked some fresh content for everyone to experience as well.

China's February exports surge, trade surplus widens
In other words, the threat of a trade war won't pressure China to make the changes America wants, unless it is ready to. The measures are expected to go into effect in about two weeks, but economists see little immediate impact on China.

The Too Early error is arising only for those who pre-ordered through Xbox or Windows, so the proposed solution from other players is that you cancel your Xbox or Microsoft pre-order of the game, and then pre-order it again but from a second-party retailer like those we mentioned above. The final beta will end this Sunday at 10am GMT.

Rare is also adding a new dynamic element into the game world: Skeleton Forts now have a chance to be occupied, so if you see a skull cloud floating above a fort, great rewards (and a tough challenge) await.

"Since we began we've seen our community grow as players go adventuring in our magical world, we've seen battles held, friends made, instruments played and quite a bit of overindulgence on our surprisingly strong grog".

Interior spending $139000 to upgrade doors in Zinke's office
The current door from a hallway to the secretary's sixth-floor office does not lock, so a security upgrade is needed, Swift said. But this would hardly be the first time that Secretary Ryan Zinke spent taxpayer money on an unusual expenditure.

This is our biggest test yet, and we are excited to see how many players turn up, but we also want to ensure a good experience for everyone that is in and playing. Most excitingly, we've seen many, many incredible stories from our players, and recently we allowed them to share these with the world during our Closed Beta. Unlike the previous closed betas, anyone can download the game client and try out Sea of Thieves.

Here's to the next leg of the journey.

If you've been waiting for your chance to dive into Sea of Thieves before it launches on March 20, drink up, me hearties, yo ho!
