A charter tour bus carrying students on a school trip from Houston, Texas, crashed on I-10 near Mobile, Alabama. The bus carrying Texas high school band members home from Disney World plunged into a ravine before dawn Tuesday. Up to 45 people may have been on the bus, according to KXAN sister station WKRG. Those who were injured were taken to hospitals in Alabama and Florida.

One person is in critical condition and five people are in serious condition, WKRG reports, in a bus crash that occurred while the band was traveling through Loxley, Alabama while returning home to Texas from Walt Disney World.

Multiple rescue units responded Tuesday morning to a crash on I-10 eastbound near mile marker 57, Mobile Fire and Rescue said on social media.
