A 20-year-old woman from Florida was arrested and charged with child endangerment and drug paraphernalia possession after the authorities learned that she was giving her 2-year-old baby meth and marijuana.

Ecker was arrested on child abuse charges Thursday.

The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office said authorities had been investigating Ecker since January 12 after someone reported that Ecker allowed her toddler to do drugs. Witnesses told detectives that the child smoked marijuana with Ecker and "joked" that the toddler knew how to "roll joints". During the search, they found two glass pipes (the type used to smoke meth), a plastic pill bottle converted into a handmade smoking device with burned residue; two grinders (the type consistent with marijuana usage), one of which had marijuana inside; a digital scale; and a small plastic bag containing marijuana residue inside a basket full of children's toys.
