‘Jump Force’ Brings Anime Icons Together in 2019

Bandai Namco has announced Jump Force, a Shonen Jump mash-up set within a dark and destroyed world where characters from various anime and comic book franchises beat the crap out of one another.

We get to see in the two above videos characters from Naruto, Dragon Ball, and One Piece squaring off, each featuring powered-up forms that are available for use as combat mechanics. Yeah, that's a lot of "who would win" questions that we're going to need answering. It's very reminiscent of the Dragon Ball Xenoverse series, as players fight in a 3D landscape.

There's no official release date yet for Jump Force, but we do know it'll drop sometime in 2019. Oh, and Death Note puts in an appearance too.

Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Jump Force does look like a pretty impressive game in terms of graphics.
