Globe-trotting chef, author and TV host Anthony Bourdain was worth $1.2 million when he died last month and left most of the estate to his 11-year-old daughter, according to court papers filed this week in NY.

The New York condo Bourdain bought with his now-estranged wife Ottavia Busia-Bourdain in 2014 is not listed in the documents, but a $1 million mortgage liability is noted.

Bourdain's will and related papers show assets including $425,000 in cash and savings, $250,000 in personal property, $500,000 in intangibles like royalties and residuals, and $35,000 in a brokerage account.

His death resulted in an outpouring of grief and sorrow from his many fans, the food and media communities, and his girlfriend Asia Argento, who wrote on Twitter, "Anthony gave all of himself in everything that he did".

Christian de Rocquigny, the French public prosecutor overseeing the case, confirmed to The New York Times and People that Bourdain's cause of death was suicide by hanging.

Bourdain's profile soared in 1999 when The New Yorker published his article Don't Eat Before Reading This, which he developed into the 2000 book, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly.

Bourdain was in France working on Season 12 of "Parts Unknown" when he was discovered dead in his hotel room.

There has been an outpouring of emotion following the sad news of his death, and former United States president Barack Obama was one of those to pay tribute.

Considering the popularity of transparent case mods for the Nintendo Switch , I really don't think that's too much to ask. This is all speculation at the moment, but it comes from Kuo who has often been correct about iPhone rumors in the past.
