The recalled products were sold in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin, but so far only consumers in four states - Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin - have reported coming down with the cyclosporiasis infection.

The recalled products were distributed to the following stores: Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Demond's, Sentry, Potash, Meehan's, Country Market, FoodMax Supermarket, and Peapod.

More than 200 people have now been infected by an outbreak of parasites linked to recalled vegetable trays from Del Monte.

Still, products distributed to each of the four states, as well as IL and IN, have been recalled.

IHOP admits it 'faked' IHOb name change to promote new burgers
IHOP announced on Facebook that its name change was a hoax to promote new burgers, according to KATU-2 . The answer is yes, both burgers and pancakes will be left on IHOP's menu.

The reports of infection seem to primarily be from the upper Midwestern region, including Minnesota, Iowa, and MI. As many as 54 cases have also been reported in Minnesota, along with a handful in Iowa and MI. Cyclospora infects the bowel and usually causes watery diarrhea, with frequent, sometimes explosive, bowel movements.

Symptoms related to the outbreak began on May 14.

Six, 12, and 28-ounce trays in clear packaging with fresh broccoli, cauliflower, celery sticks, carrots and dill dip have been recalled.

Symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, stomach cramps, bloating, increased gas, nausea, fatigue, vomiting, fever and more.

Pompeo pushes back after North Korea calls USA negotiators 'gangster-like'
Trump's remarks on Monday went on to point a finger at China's "negative" influence on North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. The discoveries have further undercut Trump's assertion that North Korea was "no longer a nuclear threat".

Although the illness can be treated with antibiotics, symptoms can last from a few days to a few months.

The FDA has not identified which of the ingredients it believes to be the cause of this outbreak, and each component of these vegetable trays is under consideration.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled items should not consume them and throw them away immediately. Some people who are infected with Cyclospora do not have any symptoms.

The investigation is ongoing and the CDC will provide updates when more information is available.
