George Clooney hospitalized after vehicle hits his scooter in Italy

Actor George Clooney was injured on Tuesday when his motorcycle collided with a auto in Sardinia, Italian news media reported.

The 57-year-old actor was traveling along a road in Costa Corallina, in the province of Olbia-Tempio in Sardinia, when the incident occurred, reported TGCOM24.

"He is recovering at his home and will be fine", Clooney spokesman Stan Rosenfield told The Associated Press in an email.
