Cops let him sleep it off for a few hours in the tank before cutting him loose without formally citing him, which is standard procedure on most public intoxication arrests in California. Although he was released, this wasn't Shaun's first drug arrest. Weiss was sentenced to 150 days after allegedly stealing $150 worth of merchandise from Fry's Electronics, but ultimately served 12 due to overcrowding.

Nearly a year ago to the day, Weiss was arrested for possession of meth in Los Angeles; an arrest that came just five days after he was released from jail after serving a sentence for stealing USD$151 worth of merchandise from an electronics store. Back in 2017, he was arrested in California and charged with misdemeanor meth possession which led him to spending 90 days in jail, according to E!
