Justin and Hailey were spotted in New York City this morning at a courthouse getting their marriage license - meaning they've sealed the deal and are probably man and wife right now.

The couple became engaged earlier in the summer, but haven't talked about wedding plans publicly yet. As per TMZ report, few people who were present inside the marriage bureau, saw the singer crying as he looked at his ladylove, Hailey and overhead Justin saying, "I can't wait to marry you, baby".
