According to the report, Brown is being sued for an incident where he threw some furniture from a 14th-floor balcony and almost hit a toddler. The suit, Ophir Sternberg v. Antonio Brown, first reported by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, seeks $15,000 in damages for emotional distress.

It contends two very large vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture landed just feet away from the child and his grandfather. The victim in one of the lawsuits claims a 22-month-old child was almost hit by an item thrown from the balcony. When officers arrived, Brown opened the door and stated, "I found the vehicle".

Sternberg is suing Brown on behalf of his son, Amnon Sternberg, who is named as the plaintiff in the lawsuit.
