Joe Giudice, former star of Bravo's seminal The Real Housewives of New Jersey, will be deported to Italy at the end of his prison sentence. A judge made the ruling in immigration court on Wednesday and Joe has 30 days to file for an appeal, People reports.

Joe, 46, is now serving a 41-month sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months, which she began in January 2015.

The Giudices both served time behind bars after pleading guilty to multiple fraud charges. She added, "Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen". He is expected to be released a few months early in March 2019.

"Joe encourages Teresa to be this way", a source told People magazine.

Joe can appeal by November 9. "I will embrace it the best I can".

Soon after news broke of the judge's deportation ruling, TMZ reported that Teresa, 46, will not follow her husband to Italy because their daughters would face too much of a culture shock.

"Teresa and Joe have no current plan in place for what to do next in their marriage, even though she is committed to finding a way to make this situation work for her family", the insider continues.
