Diesel saw its fourth consecutive monthly price increase, rising from 134.5p to 136.9p, making the cost of a 55-litre tank £75.30.

As per the decline in the prices of petrol and diesel, the country's capital Delhi has seen a huge reduction in petrol prices by 19 paisa per liter, which has brought it down to Rs. 79.55 per liter.
