In addition to Gilligan, the source shared that executive producer's Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein (who worked on Breaking Bad and its prequel TV series Better Call Saul) will be working on the forthcoming film as well.

We don't yet know where the film will appear - as a TV movie or in cinemas - or which members of the show's cast will return, including Aaron Paul, who played drug-dealing no-hoper Jesse Pinkman.

It wasn't immediately clear if the film would be televised on AMC, where the series was first shown, or in movie theaters.

Gilligan is working on a two-hour film, Variety reports, although whether it's destined for theatres or television is unclear. In the finale episode, Jack Welker (Michael Bowen), the uncle of Todd Alquist (Jesse Plemons) and the leader of a White Supremacist Gang, brings a shackled Jesse to his compound, where Walt meant to meet them. A prequel series on AMC, "Better Call Saul", starring Bob Odenkirk, wrapped its fourth season in October.

Ever since I got here, Dez was nothing but a help for me", Elliott said. "I look forward to working with him". The former Dallas Cowboys receiver has more touchdowns (nine) than he does against any other team in the NFL.

While a distributor has yet to be revealed, most theatrical movies and traditional television projects are announced well in advance.

No word yet if the show's original stars, such as Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul or Anna Gunn, will be involved.

Breaking Bad - the movie - is coming.

The movie has a tentative title of "Greenbrier", and will follow "the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom".

Morning people less likely to develop breast cancer
Women who love a lie-in have a higher risk of developing breast cancer , a new study has warned. The morning people had a reduced risk of more than 40%, compared to the night owls.

"Greenbrier" is the title being floated around for a project incredibly light on details. And there's a lot of people who felt that they wanted to see some kind of completion to some of these storylines that were left open.

Sources told THR that Gilligan is penning the script, producing, and potentially directing.

Breaking Bad, the AMC drama that ended its hugely successful run in 2013, is now reportedly said to be getting a feature film.

Vince Gilligan is about to break bad again - this time in an even bigger way. The show has been renewed for its fifth season and is all set to go on air in 2019.
