On Thursday night, Fox News host Tucker Carlson expressed appreciation for the dozens of people who reached out to him after what he called an "upsetting" episode in which Antifa protesters harassed his wife at their Washington, D.C. home.

Video of the incident outside the "Tucker Carlson Tonight" host's home was posted on social media by Smash Racism, D.C. The same group made headlines in September after activists confronted Sen.Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and his wife inside a restaurant during Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation hearings.

"We will fight! We know where you sleep at night!". The group posted the video on its Twitter account, which has since been suspended. "And if you work in our business as you know you can lose sight of that because you see the lunatics, but most people are not lunatics, most people are humane and decent and kind, and its just been a great reminder of that". He also has close ties to white supremacists: https://t.co/jMbQJk3o6D Activists protested tonight at Carlson's Washington DC area home. The Facebook video was also taken down, but the page is still up.

"I never thought twice about leaving them home alone, but this is the reaction because this group doesn't like my TV show".
