Now, before you freak out, you should know that the team will have a chance to say goodbye, as Criminal Minds will end with Season 15 next season, TV Guide has learned.

Criminal Minds, one of television's longest-running procedurals, is coming to an end.

Variety reports the show is now shooting Season 14, which consists of fifteen episodes. The crime series, which is show-run by executive producer Erica Messer, follows an elite team of Federal Bureau of Investigation profilers who analyze the country's most twisted criminal minds, attempting to anticipate their next moves before they strike again. It kicked off this year with its 300th episode, which picked up from the season 13 cliffhanger when two members of the BAU were captured by cult leader Benjamin Merva (Michael Hogan).

Of course, as with most dramas of its ilk, the series also delves into the personal lives of its characters, dealing with their struggles as they grapple with the heaviness of their career.

Perhaps someday I'll find time to watch all the seasons I've missed. By the time the show wraps, it will have made 325 episodes. That's a run they can all be proud of.
