Cousins looking to make Warriors debut January 18

There is always the possibility that Cousins will continue his ways of old and bring drama into the locker room with his antics on the court.

ESPN reported that Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said Cousins wants to return "somewhere in the neighborhood" of January 18th which would have him making his season debut against the Los Angeles Clippers. Cousins' presence is especially significant considering that Jones suffered what probably is a season-ending pectoral injury during a loss at the Detroit Pistons on December 1.

The center joined the Warriors in free agency in the summer but is yet to make his debut for the reigning champions. "I've had a lot of dark days, a lot of good days", he told reporters.

Team India are chilling like villains before ODI series against Australia
The team who are at Sydney for their ODI series against Australia have started their preparations but in style. Bumrah had a stellar tour Down Under, where he played each of the four Test, sending down 157.1 overs.

Kerr said earlier this week he has been impressed by Cousins' recent workouts.

Cousins signed a one-year, $5.3 million midlevel exception with the Warriors last offseason.

That trip would be the days after the Warriors face the Clippers on January 18 at Staples Center and then play the Lakers on January 21 at the same venue.

Yankees, 2B D.J. LeMahieu reportedly agree to two-year deal
Additionally, he can play third-base and fill in for Andujar if they choose to DH him and utilize his bat over his glove. The Yankees plan to use LeMahieu, a three-time Gold Glover, in a versatile role around the infield.

Cousins recently ramped up the intensity of his workouts, joining the team for full practice.

Either way, it's an exciting time for the Warriors as the star center was rumored late previous year to be returning in February, not January.

They likely don't need it, but the Golden State Warriors are getting reinforcements. Kerr's side will take on the New York Knicks on Tuesday night and will welcome the Chicago Bulls on Friday before going on a mini road trip to Denver and then Dallas before returning home.

Players turning on Alvaro Morata as he nears January transfer escape
The Telegraph also claims Atletico could enter the race to sign Morata this month, favouring a loan deal for the 26-year-old. This season Alvaro Morata has played in 24 games for Chelsea in all competitions scoring just five nine goals .

The Warriors are now 26-14 on the season and sit second in the NBA's Western Conference.
