Zoia was charged with mischief endangering life, mischief damaging property under $5,000, and common nuisance, and was expected to appear in court later Wednesday.

On Monday, police asked the public for help identifying the woman, saying they were investigating the incident as a case of mischief endangering life.

As part of her conditions, Zoia must reside with a surety - her mother - and can not be in contact with four other people believed to be involved in the incident.

"She wishes it never happened", Greg Leslie told reporters after his client was granted bail.
